Class CASServer::Authenticators::ActiveDirectoryLDAP

Slightly modified version of the LDAP authenticator for Microsoft‘s ActiveDirectory. The only difference is that the default_username_attribute for AD is ‘sAMAccountName’ rather than ‘uid’.
