Synopsis:

Usage: g = symmetricPower(i,f)

Function: symmetricPower -- symmetric power

Input:

i, an instance of class ZZ.

f, an instance of class Matrix.

Output:

g, an instance of class Matrix: the i-th symmetric power of the matrix f.

Note: in the current implementation, f should have just one row.
