Retrieve an interface to an existing window.

DFBResult GetWindowByResourceID (
  IDirectFBDisplayLayer   * thiz,
  unsigned long   resource_id,
  IDirectFBWindow   ** ret_interface
);

The window is identified by its surface' resource id.
